To provide each student at Saint Peter-Marian with a quality, value-centered education in the Roman Catholic tradition.
Objectives:
- To expose students to humanity's rich heritage of faith, ideas, arts, and sciences.
- To instruct students in the evolution and teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.
- To help students mature in their abilities to make responsible decisions based on Gospel values.
- To nurture excellence of character and fullness of faith.
- To encourage students to take their place as active adult members of their respective faith communities.
- To foster within students a respect for the created goodness of each person and all of Creation.
- To develop student's social conscience through community service.
- To assist and support parents in fulfilling their roles in developing the varied gifts of their children to take their places in a rapidly changing world.
- To prepare students to think critically about popular culture and mass media.
- To challenge students to aspire to excellence in academic, athletic and extra-curricular endeavors.
- To foster students love of learning.
- To strengthen a good-faith, open, working relationship between administration, faculty, staff and families for the good of the entire school community.
